Excellent hospitality, best cooked full breakfast ive ever had. Fab location for access to shopping area and the esplanade & harbour.
I stayed here while working in the area for a night and the owner was very flexible allowing me to check in outwith the normal time so very helpful. Room was very nice and was clean. Unfortunately I didn't have time for breakfast as I was leaving early but it smelt lovely. Gutted!! Highly recommend.

It is serene environment with good services but quite unfortunate I left their sick because the heater was not working, the room was too cold and I complained with no remedy.
Amazing hospitality from Lorna I stay weekly for work and my rooms spotless my breakfast is outstanding, I am looked after above and beyond couldn’t ask for better 100% recommend anyone to stay x

the rooms are spotless and very cosy room service everyday with little added extras what can I say about the breakfast but wow absolutely amazing full english and the plate is full with 2 or 3 slice of toast brown and white fresh orange pot of tea or coffee also a wide range of cereals would definitely recommend this lovely little guest house Lorna goes out her way to make you feel very welcome such a lovely person
